We would just like to thank Sumedha for an exceptional job in selling our 'not so easy to sell house over a million dollar' and buying us a house which is as close to our heart.Sumedha put in 100% effort, kept us constantly updated and informed throughout the whole process and was always confident of getting us the top result, even if I wasn't. The final price exceeded our expectations... we were actually prepared to take less. We had it listed with an agent previously, nothing happened. As soon as we switched to Sumedha, things started happening. Once again, many thanks for a job well done buying and selling our house.In addition to being a truly excellent real estate agent who managed to get well above our expectations, she was extremely sensitive to the emotional rollercoaster experienced when selling our mansion that is dear to our heart.Darek & Tina

Sumedha is extremely professional in her endevours and goes out of her way to make sure the decisions made are in the best interest of her clients. Being a first time buyer, We did not know what to expect. Sumedha came highly recommended from several people. She could not have made the process easier and more pleasant. Sumedha has the personal and professional qualities that made us extremely comfortable and confident as we searched for and negotiated for our dream home. She listened to us and asked the right questions to determine the type of home we were looking for. When we started looking at houses, she kept us focused and saved us time and energy by only showing us houses that fit our needs.She treats her clients with respect and extreme care. Before I start, being one of the typical "Private Sellers", You still helped and came forward with all possible informations and clients into our house. We were impressed from the first day we met you in February when you came to give us a market evaluation. Even on short notice, you had done your homework and came well prepared to answer all of our questions. We knew that when it came time to list our house, we would be calling you. Our trust in your professionalism was certainly justified.But most importantly we were extremely pleased with the results; our home sold quickly and for the price we wanted. We are very fortunate to have Sumedha as our realtor. She possess great knowledge and helped us buy our dream house with 0% downpayment finance option. She did everything for us starting from free mortgage approval to house inspection and lawyer visit. We trust her thoroughness, her professionalism, her knowledge and her experience. When we decided to sell our place we met many agents. But within a few minutes of meeting Sumedha we knew she was the one. She is smart and knows the inside out of the real estate business. She is sincere and diligent in her work. It was like working with a family member. We do not have to think twice about recommending her to any buyer or seller. House hunting is a daunting enough task as it is but when you are caught with limited time to see properties it is even more daunting.without the highest ethical standards from Sumedha Arya we would not have found a property that suited both our desires and needs.
